Dialer Agent Readiness Check

Live. Before a dialer hands a live call to an agent: is the agent really free (heartbeat, event stream, softphone, idle phone, newest tab)? Picks the longest-idle agent next.

Before a dialer or AI/human hybrid floor hands a live or answered call to an agent, checks each agent session for real dialability instead of trusting a "ready" flag: no current call, not reserved, ringing or in a call, a recent browser heartbeat, a live event stream, a registered softphone, an idle phone endpoint, and only the newest tab per agent. Auto mode (predictive and answered-call routing) needs status ready; manual click-to-call works from any idle workflow status (wrap-up, paused, DND) when the phone can really take it. Returns per-agent reasons, sessions a stale-agent sweep should release, and the longest-idle agent to route next (never-called agents first). Account-level pre-dial checks (calling window, DNC, call caps, caller ID) stay separate. Nothing stored.
