Live. Overpaid or rebated accounts: the Reg Z refund deadlines for credit balances, and which accounts must stop being worked as debts.

Send up to 5,000 accounts with a credit balance, the date it was created and any written refund request or refund. For balances over $1 returns the 12 CFR 1026.11(a) duties: credit the account, refund within 7 business days of a written request (federal holidays skipped), and make a good-faith refund effort for anything left more than six months unless the consumer cannot be located. Status per account (below threshold, monitor, refund due, overdue) with citations and a do-not-collect flag. Not legal advice. Nothing stored.
