Applies RESPA / Reg X 12 CFR 1024.40 with scope from 1024.30: personnel assigned by the earlier of the 1024.39(b) written notice or day 45 of delinquency, phone availability until two consecutive on-time payments under a permanent loss mitigation agreement, timely live response, and the (b)(1)-(4) personnel functions; small servicer, reverse mortgage, Farm Credit and non-principal-residence exemptions. Returns the assign-by date and cited findings. Nothing stored.
