Each planned call runs through the can-call-now engine with earlier planned calls counted: 12 CFR 1006.14(b)(2) (7 call attempts in 7 days, no call within 7 days after a conversation), 1006.6(b)(1)(i) 8am-9pm in every possible consumer time zone, TCPA consent, and Massachusetts, Washington and New York City caps. Texts and email get the 8am-9pm window, opt-outs (1006.6(e), 1006.14(h)), TCPA consent and the WA and NYC all-media caps. Cease, attorney, bankruptcy, unverified dispute and deceased flags return no_contact. With no validation notice on file, step 1 is the notice (1006.34(a)(1)). Not legal advice.
