Collector Training & Role-Play

Sandbox. Train and qualify collectors: synthetic scenarios, AI role-play as the consumer, compliance-first grading, applicant assessment and a daily team tip.

Scenarios cover hardship, not my debt, already paid, send me a letter, verify first, a spouse, stop calling and an attorney. Grading weighs compliance 50 and effectiveness 50; any violation (threats, false urgency, rebutting a hard stop, third-party disclosure) caps the score at 40. Real consumer data is refused. Grades are coaching aids; hiring decisions need a human.

Status: Sandbox. Built and callable, but the vendor is not switched on yet for: roleplay_turn, grade, assess, daily_tip (answers not_configured at no charge; sandbox:true returns a mocked vendor response). Runs for real today: list.
