Collector Performance Scorecard

Live. Fair collector scorecard: contact, promise, kept and dollars-per-hour rates, team rank and coaching notes.

Send each collector's hours, dials, right-party contacts, promises, kept promises, dollars collected and any compliance issues, and get their rates, a composite rank from team percentiles (40% dollars per hour, 25% kept promises, 20% promise rate, 15% right-party contact rate) and plain coaching notes. Collectors with a compliance violation are held out of the ranking, and collectors with too few contacts are marked as a small sample instead of ranked. Age, gender, race, ZIP code and other demographic inputs are refused, so ranking can't lean on protected traits (ECOA, Reg B 12 CFR 1002). Collector IDs only.
