Collector Onboarding Check
Coming soon. Is a new collector ready to work? Licenses, registration, training, background check rules and access controls.
For each new collector or AI agent seat, checks readiness and returns the states they may work today. Checks the agency license in each work state, individual collector registration where a state requires it (Minnesota, Nevada), training within the last 12 months on FDCPA and Reg F, TCPA, FCRA, UDAAP, privacy and state rules, and the test score. Background checks need the FCRA 604(b)(2) standalone disclosure and written authorization and a pre-adverse action notice (604(b)(3)); California, New York City, Illinois and Massachusetts fair-chance rules on when criminal history may be asked are checked. AI agent seats need an AI disclosure, a linted call flow and human escalation. Access needs MFA, a signed confidentiality agreement and no shared logins (GLBA Safeguards Rule). Social Security numbers, dates of birth and background reports are refused.
