Sandbox. Creditor briefs, account tactical briefings and inbound-text triage for collectors, with compliant openers and human-approved replies.

creditor_brief: an internal note on the debt type, issuer aliases, how the consumer may recognize it and settlement norms (says "unknown" instead of guessing). account_briefing: best phone to call now (id + last 4), whether to skip trace, a right-party opener that never names the employer, address or creditor first, intel from notes and verification prompts; phone numbers and names are not sent to the model. text_triage: intent, sentiment, urgency and a suggested reply for human approval; stop, attorney, dispute, complaint, wrong-number and third-party texts get no reply. Status: Sandbox. Built and callable, but the vendor is not switched on yet for: creditor_brief, account_briefing, text_triage (answers not_configured at no charge; sandbox:true returns a mocked vendor response).
