Live. Route each account to the best licensed collector with capacity, with an explainable score. No demographic factors.

Hard filters first: the collector must be licensed in the consumer's state and under their workload cap. Score = 50 + success rate x20 + creditor experience (max 15) + state experience (max 10) + matching specialties (max 20) + preferences (5 each), clamped 0-100. Near-ties go to the least-loaded collector so quality is shared evenly. Consumer identity and demographic fields are refused. Billed per account.

Price: $0.002 per record after 1,000 free per month.
