Send collector notes, call transcripts, emails or chat logs before they go to an AI model, a vendor, a client report or a ticket. The tool replaces SSNs, card numbers (Luhn-checked so order numbers are left alone), ABA routing numbers (check-digit verified), bank account numbers, dates of birth, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses and driver's licence numbers with tags such as [SSN] or [CARD ending 1111] (keeping the last 4 is optional), and keeps labels so the note still reads. Health terms such as diagnoses, treatments and conditions are masked by default and flagged, because medical details should not travel with collection records or reach third parties (15 U.S.C. 1692c(b)). Full card numbers and SSNs found in free text are flagged so the originals can be purged (PCI DSS, GLBA Safeguards Rule 16 CFR 314.4(c)). Names are not removed. Pattern-based, so review high-risk material before sharing. Only the redacted text is returned; nothing is stored or logged. Up to 100 texts of 20,000 characters per call, billed per text.
