Chargeback Evidence Packet

Live. Prepare the response to a card chargeback on a consumer payment: reason-code family, response deadline, the evidence you have and are missing, and fight, partial or accept.

Give the network (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover), the reason code, the amount and dates, and what your own records show (how the consumer authorized the payment, recording, receipt, AVS and CVV results, earlier undisputed payments, refunds, cancellations). The tool maps the code to its family (fraud, authorization, processing error, consumer dispute), works out the response deadline from your processor's date or an estimate plus the network window, lists the evidence that family needs and which items are missing, and recommends fight, partial, review, accept, or accept and refund, with a short rebuttal outline. No authorization on file means accept and refund (Regulation E 12 CFR 1005.10(b), 15 U.S.C. 1692f(1)); a charge after the consumer cancelled is refunded; a fraud claim is routed to Identity Theft Claim Handler and collection pauses; a disputed debt that is not yet verified pauses collection until verification (1692g(b)). It works only on your own records and never builds a shared bad-payer list, which would be a consumer report under the FCRA. Card last 4 at most. Up to 100 chargebacks per call, billed per chargeback. Nothing is stored. Not legal advice.

Price: $0.001 per call after 1,000 free per month.
