Send the accounts, kept payments, complaints or disputes and dollars for each arm of a collection strategy test and find out whether a challenger really beats the champion. Gives each arm's kept-payment rate with a confidence interval, a significance test, the probability the challenger is better, and the minimum accounts each arm needs for the lift you care about. The decision is promote the winner, keep testing, no real difference, or stop for harm when kept payments fall, complaints or disputes rise, or a challenger was never compliance-reviewed. Flags tests that weren't randomized and refuses arms defined by age, race, language or other protected traits (ECOA, Reg B).
