Applies Reg Z 12 CFR 1026.52: first-year fees required by the account terms capped at 25% of the opening limit (late, over-limit, returned-payment and optional fees excluded); penalty fees no larger than the dollar amount associated with the violation, none at all where there is no dollar amount (inactivity, closing the account, declined transactions), and only one penalty fee per event.
