Send up to 500 declines (network, response or ACH return code, Mastercard merchant advice code, decline timestamps, reattempt counts, optional next pay date). Returns do_not_retry / stop_plan / update_card_then_retry / contact_consumer / retry_later with the next retry time, remaining network reattempts (Visa 15 in 30 days, Mastercard 10 in 24h) and fee and Reg E notes. Never accepts card numbers. Nothing stored.
