Callback Request Scheduler

Live. Turn "call me back tomorrow after 5" into a callback time in the consumer's own time zone, checked against legal calling hours, with the line your agent reads back.

Send what the consumer said (only the callback words), when they said it and their time zone, state, ZIP or area code. It understands today, tonight, tomorrow, weekdays, in N hours or days, morning, noon, afternoon, after work, evening and clock times, and books the time in the consumer's zone. It checks 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. in every time zone the location could be in, plus your AI closer's last-dial time, lists any assumptions (such as reading 7 as 7 p.m.) and gives a confirmation line to read back. It also tells you whether the callback is left out of the Reg F 7-calls-in-7-days count because the consumer asked for it directly within the last 7 days (12 CFR 1006.14(b)(3)(i)). Up to 1,000 requests per call; nothing is stored.
