Call Recording Transcriber
Coming soon. Transcribe collection call recordings with your own Deepgram, AssemblyAI or OpenAI key, behind a recording consent gate.
Bring your own Deepgram, AssemblyAI or OpenAI key per request. Before any audio leaves DebtLayer you attest how the call was recorded, and the attestation runs through the recording consent rules for all-party-consent states (CA, FL, IL, MD, MA, MT, NV, NH, PA, WA and others), objections and late notices, with vendor processing treated as a disclosure that must have been covered by the recording notice (California Penal Code 631 and 632). Returns speaker-labelled utterances with Social Security, card, bank routing and account numbers and birth dates redacted, plus findings when the recording notice came late or the debt collector disclosure (15 U.S.C. 1692e(11)) was not heard. Audio is never stored (the vendor fetches your signed URL, or the file is streamed in memory) and your key is used once and never stored or returned. Dry run by default. Per audio minute.
