Two calendars: federal legal public holidays (5 U.S.C. 6103, Juneteenth included, Saturday holidays observed Friday; the count Reg F uses) and banking (Federal Reserve / ACH settlement days, where a Saturday holiday is not moved). Add or subtract N business days, count business days between two dates with the holidays skipped, check one date (with the reason it is not a business day), next or previous business day, and presets: ACH settlement date for an effective date, the latest day a consumer can stop a preauthorized debit (3 business days before, Reg E 1005.10(c)), the 10-day notice date for a varying debit (1005.10(d)), and the assumed receipt date of a mailed validation notice plus the validation-period end date (Reg F 1006.34(b)(5)).
