Broken Promise Recovery Planner

Live. A promise to pay broke. Why it broke and the compliant next step for each account.

For each broken promise to pay, works out why it broke (insufficient funds, closed account, unauthorized or revoked, stop payment, card decline, partial or no payment, dispute) from ACH return codes and payments, then plans the next step. A re-try is allowed only for insufficient funds, at most two re-presentments (Nacha), and never after an unauthorized return or a stop payment (Reg E 12 CFR 1005.10). Gives the earliest call date that keeps you inside 7 calls in 7 days (Reg F 1006.14(b)), holds for cease, attorney, dispute, bankruptcy and identity theft, no returned-payment fee without authority (FDCPA 1692f(1)), and a new plan sized to what is still owed, with smaller payments after repeat breaks or hardship. Account references only. Not legal advice.

Price: $0.002 per record after 1,000 free per month.
