Best Time to Call

Live. The best hours to reach each consumer, in their own time zone, ranked from your call history and always legal.

Ranks weekday and hour calling windows in the consumer's local time by your own connect and right-party-contact history, smoothed toward your agency-wide results or a starting curve when an account has little history, and gives the next start time of each window. Every window sits inside 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. in every time zone the consumer might be in, from time zone, state, ZIP or phone (FDCPA 1692c(a)(1), Reg F 1006.6(b)(1)(i)). Times the consumer said are inconvenient are never offered, and cease, attorney, bankruptcy, do-not-call and wrong-party flags return do not call. It also checks the history: calls placed outside the window, 7 attempts in 7 days, and the 7-day wait after a conversation (1006.14(b)(2)). History is read in the consumer's zone, never the server's, and there is no random fallback. Ranking only: run can-call-now before each dial. Up to 100 accounts per request.
