Applies FDCPA 1692c(a)(2) and 12 CFR 1006.6(b)(2): once you know the consumer is represented about this debt and know or can readily find the attorney's name and contact details, communicate with the attorney, not the consumer. Asks once for missing attorney details, honors attorney consent and withdrawal, sends attorney non-response (your policy period, default 30 days with two or more documented attempts) to compliance review, treats bankruptcy counsel as covering every scheduled debt and ignores representation on a different matter. Covers original creditors in states that extend the rule (CA, FL, MA, TX, WI) and returns the contact-restrictions entry to record. No names needed. Early access pending legal review.
