Answers collectors' questions only from your agency's policy and training documents, with [n] citations, and says "I don't have that" when they don't cover it. Two ways to use it: send documents with each question (ask, nothing stored), or save them once (kb_upload: up to 10 documents per call, 200k characters each; limits 200 documents and 3,000 chunks per account) and ask any time (kb_ask, hybrid semantic + keyword search scoped to your account). Upload is billed once per 10 stored chunks of about 1,200 characters; each question is one unit; listing and deleting are free and work at any balance. Documents with SSN- or card-like data are refused. Never gives advice that breaks the FDCPA or Reg F, even if a document says so.

Status: Sandbox. Built and callable, but the vendor is not switched on yet for: ask, kb_upload, kb_ask (answers not_configured at no charge; sandbox:true returns a mocked vendor response). Runs for real today: kb_list, kb_delete.
