Send up to 500 accounts with up to 25 candidate addresses each, described by facts only: source, last seen, USPS DPV result, vacant flag, returned-mail count and date, NCOA moved-away, address type, corroborating sources, consumer confirmed or disputed. Scores each with readable reasons, picks the best mail-to address and stops mail to returned-undeliverable, vacant, moved-away, unconfirmed or disputed addresses so validation notices reach the consumer and not a stranger (Reg F 1006.34, 1006.42; FDCPA 1692c(b)).
